These terms and conditions of use bind the registered user, subscriber, members, user or employee (user) with respect to:

Third Parties & Privacy
- VXC is one of many joint venture parties involved in the promotion of seminars, therefore VXC reserves the right unless otherwise specified by the user to use emails, viral marketing techniques and blogs to promote VXC seminars.
Return Policy
- VXC refund policy is only applicable to parties who have delivered in writing their cancellation instructions within 30 days of a listed registered seminar and the reasons for cancellation has been accepted by the board. VXC word is final and extends no negotiation or recourse.
Pricing Policy
- VXC currently operate in US Dollars
Terms of Trade
- The prices displayed on the web site contain no taxes or duties. Taxes and duties may be added based on the legislation governed in Panama or your jurisdiction.
- 100% of the fee must be paid by the nominated date
- VXC reserves the right to extend the number of attendees and also reduce the number of attendees.
- VXC may use many types of payment methods available now and in the future.
Governing Law
- The governing Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed under the laws of Panama.
